NYX Matte Lipsticks Nude, Hippie Chic, and Audrey

Yesterday I got my package from Cherry Culture and I'm super excited to share some swatches with you guys today. The three NYX Matte Lipsticks I picked up were in Nude, Hippie Chic, and Audrey. They all have great color pigmentation but the formula for these is a bit on the dry side. I ended up putting some balm under them when I put them on my lips to make them easier to apply. They do come off on people or cups, but a quick touch up makes them look just fine. So far I've been wearing Audrey today and its still looking good with no touch up for around four hours!

I really like all the colors so far and can't wait to try them all out! Hope you guys enjoy the swatches!

  1. Wow, those swatches look lovely, especially Audrey. Shame about the dryness but I usually put lipbalm before lipstick so I don't mind. :)

  2. I know I was sad about it too but hopefully the balm will help be a work around for it!

  5. I posted on my blog about two of these lipsticks. Did you like nude? I found it to be too orangey. Audrey looks really nice though :)

  6. I do think it leans more towards the orange side so I just lighten it up with a bit of gloss or balm it only goes with certain looks I think.

  7. Loving the Hippie Chic, it's hard to find a matte lipstick that doesn't just dry out your lips though I find. Might give these a go.

  11. I loved the colours so much I bought them all, including Pale Pink... I just couldn't resist! And for $4.50 each with an additional 20% off for Thanksgiving, $23.00 including shipping just sounded so good and so much cheaper than going to Sephore! Thank you Beauty Flawed for getting me hooked on another website :)
