Hot Mama Blush by The Balm

I've been searching for a blush that would give me some nice color without making my cheeks look too pink. I originally was going to pick up some Nars blushes but at $27 dollars each I was pretty hesitant. After doing some research I found that the Balm Hot Mama is a nice dupe for Nars Orgasm or Super Orgasm both of which I was looking to buy. I'm really pleased with how this purchase turned out I payed $19 dollars for this from Sephora and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product.
I haven't used to many the Balm products over the years I think maybe one or two others but they have never let me down. The pigmentation on this is really nice especially for its price point. This is more of a peachy pink but it doesn't make me look like I've been outside in the cold too long. The shimmer in it is also very subtle which really adds to the peachy element of the blush. A little goes a long way with this product as well since it is so pigmented you really don't need much and that fact really adds to the value to it.

The packaging on this is also a big plus for me its magnetic and I love that. It stays closed well and the vintage pin up girl on the cover was a nice touch. It also comes with a sleeve with the same vintage girl on the cover that you can keep over the product if you plan on putting it in your purse it makes it that much more secure.

I like using this blush for my natural and no makeup makeup looks because it delivers that light flush of color without making you look overdone or over flushed. This products is also eye safe so you could use it for an eyeshadow if you wanted to. I have not tried that out because I mainly use it for my cheeks and I don't think having it in both places would look right on me.

If your in the market for a good blush and don't want to take the plunge with some of the more expensive ones I highly recommend you check out some products from the Balm especially this one. They have high quality products without the big ticket prices.

Have you tried any the Balm products?
