Simple Kind to Eyes Revitalizing Eye Roll On
From their website:
"Simple has no dyes, artificial perfumes or harsh irritants that can upset your skin. Instead, just our purest possible skin loving ingredients with added vitamins, for natural healthy-looking skin. Offering a skincare range suitable for all skin types - especially sensitive skin – Simple has helped generations of women look and feel beautiful."
Now I first heard about them from their TV commercials that have been showing recently and I was pretty interested in trying them out because I have sensitive skin and it's hard for me to find products that work.
This is 1 of 3 Simple Skincare products I've been trying out I'll be reviewing the other two soon :) Anyway onto this one I chose the Revitalizing Eye Roll On because I'm a slave to my computer and my eyes are always tired, I also liked that it had simple ingredients so I wouldn't have to worry about it being too heavy around my eyes.
Now this product is marketed to wake up tired eyes and reduce puffiness in the eye area with a cooling effect. It is Not marketed for dark circles there has been some confusion in other reviews I've read about this product not working for dark circles. So I'm going to put it out there right now it is Not for Dark Circles.
I don't actually have puffiness but I love anything with a cooling effect and it really does deliver on that. It's quite cold on the eye area but in a good way not ice cube cold but cold like you just splashed your face with water cold and it feels quite refreshing. Whether or not it will help will puffiness I can't say but I can see how it would be beneficial.
Applying this is very easy and mess free thanks to the metal roller ball that adds to the cooling effect. I start on the outside of my face under my eyes in a circular motion to get the product coming out and work my way in. It's important to get the product going before working your way in otherwise I find your not really getting any product in that area. One to Two swipes does the trick and I just pat in any excess. The texture of this is a clear thin gel and is indeed fragrance free. I find the cooling lasts only a sort time because it absorbs quickly but still enough to make a difference.
While using this I have not noticed a major difference in my skin's appearance, but I didn't expect it to I just wanted to feel awake! I do think it helps keep skin moisturized and keep the eye area supple looking. For me the cooling effect was enough to get me hooked.
You can find Simple Skincare products in store or online at Target, Walmart, and Ulta. I picked mine up online at Ulta for $10.99 but I have found the prices at Walmart are slightly cheaper.
Have you used any Simple Skincare Products?
