All-Belle Princess Leah False Lashes
As you guys know these came in my April Myglam bag and a lot of you really wanted to see them on. Yesterday I took some time figuring out how exactly I was going to pull off these extra dramatic lashes and well I finally got them on but I don't really like them at all... lol This is my first time ever wearing false lashes and it was an interesting experience.
For me I think these are way too dramatic especially since I wear glasses and every time I would blink they would bat off my frame.. lol Also they were so long they basically touched my eyebrows for the most part. Quality wise I guess these are good? I'm in no way a falsies expert so I can't say much in terms of quality. While using these I did not experience anything negative they did not fray when I cut them down and they were soft yet sturdy to the touch. I was going to buy different glue for them because the glue it comes with smells pretty gross but I kept forgetting to pick it up. In the end I just used the glue it came with. It didn't bother my eyes at all and the smell went away as it dried. In terms of hold I had to touch up the corners a bit because they lifted up after about 15 mins but that very well could have been due to my inexperience applying them.
On the MyGlam page for these they say they can be used up to 10 times however since I didn't like the style of mine I just tossed them so I'm not sure if you could actually re use them that many times.
Now I don't show my face ever on my blog mainly because I"m pretty shy and don't usually post pictures of myself anywhere but my personal Facebook page. I think I look pretty ridiculous with these on too so I must really like you guys to post these for all to see :) I ended up wearing these just around my house for a few hours to see how well they would stay on and didn't go out in public with them on for obvious reasons.
These are made in Taiwan and right now you can get them from MyGlam's Pop Up Shop on their Facebook page a set of three different styles of lashes retails for $10.00 + $2.95 shipping for U.S. territories only. Other than that I'm not sure where you could pick these up but there are some many other lashes out there I'm sure if you liked this style you could find something similar.
I think these were a pretty fun item to get in the Glam Bag's for April and I wouldn't mind getting false lashes again. I think in the future if I do pick up a pair I'll look for something a little more natural looking and not as dramatic/long.
What do you guys think of the All-Belle Princess Leah False Lashes?
