Tom's of Maine Naturally Dry Deodorant
I picked up this new Tom's of Maine Naturally Dry the other day when I was out. I have never used any Tom's of Maine products before so this was my first impression of the brand and first impressions are everything right? Right.
Tom and I are not off to a good start to say the least! This is more of a natural type deodorant because you can pronounce pretty much everything in it. Aside from the Aluminum chlorohydrate 22% in it for wetness protection it is pretty natural.
I really like this product to keep the wetness away it does a great job of keeping you dry. However Tom's didn't get the memo that people who sweat a lot need a little something extra in the scent department. After about two hours of not so physical activity it no longer had a natural powder scent.... I used this for a week and was not happy with how it didn't keep me fresh smelling.
I guess at least you do get to stay on the dry side with this product. I however want to have my cake and eat it too and want to be dry and smell nice!
I think it is important to note that Tom's of Maine is a cruelty free company who shares every ingredient source for their products & maintains sustainable practices in every aspect of their business. They do not use colors, flavors, fragrances, or preservatives. 5% of employee time goes to volunteering and 10% of profits go to human and environmental groups.
Have you tried any Tom's of Maine products?
